A classic India Pale Ale with American and New Zealand hops, named after the italian frustrating burocracy. Nose is elegant: it recalls citrus fruits and mature fruits with and starts with light sweet caramel, followed by a long, elegant, fine bitterness. Dedicated to the love for hops and to people of few words.

Meget drikkverdig og fyldig US IPA fra et bryggeri jeg har lært å sette pris på.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy deep amber with an off-white head. Some hops up there but never crisp. Medium body, some caramel with a distinctly bitter finish. Just not super fresh. 271212

Draught. Hazy amber, lacing white head. Fruity, caramelly, hoppy aroma. Flavor has caramel, grape, malt, bitter finish. Quite malty for an IPA. Not hoppy enough to make it interesting.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham, Bristol. Deep copper with a big, and tight, off-white head.Hoppy, pine, tangerine and pineapple aroma with some caramel sweetness. Flavour had more fruity sweetness, a touch of cereal malt and dryish, resinous finish. Good.

33cl bottle from Bottle Shop, Canterbury. Brownish red slight haze with lasting beige head. Grapefruity hoppy aroma. It’s an ok IPA. OK carbonation. Not overly bitter on the end. Very drinkable if not a stand out. OK, if not too interesting.

33 cl bottle @ Vinoteca Piemonte, BBE 30.07.2013
Aroma is sweet with caramel and some resin. Flavour is stale and a bit flat with caramel and strawberries. Finishes with resiny hops. Too low on hops to be an IPA.
