Note degustative: miele, erbaceo

[10/7/13] Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas in Brussels. Hazy shiny yellowish golden. Aroma of floral hops, a bit citric, with a bit of yeast and grainy notes. Dry-ish flavor with light sweetness, a bit grainy, mild yeastiness and nice floral and citric hoppines with mild bitterness.

10/11/10/11/11

Bottled. An unclear light yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of lemons and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons and hay, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a lively, frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Sweet malty nose. Light body, subtle malt and fruit with a yeasty whiff. Ends dry with a bitter twist. Easygoing and quaffable. 130612
