Bottle on the train to Poperinge. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of pears, clove, bread, vanilla and red berries. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of clove, red berries and sweet alcohol. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty nice.

Flaske fra Belgisk Bryg, på hytta til Sigmund, i lag med venner med samme diagnose, april-14 og rett etter Ch’ti Triple. Lett og fin aroma med koriander og bitterappelsin. Filmskum. Slett ikke så søt som mange i denne stilen. Kan godt gjentas.

Bottle. Hazy light orange body, thick puffy off-white head. Dusty, estery nose with musty fruits and clove. Doughy body with bitter esters, pineapple and white grape juice. Bready, creamy, and spicy and nicely balanced.

33cl Bottle at home on 27th December 2013 - Christmas gift. Pours deep gold with yellow tinged frothy non-lacing head that lasted all the way. Yeasty, citric and fruity aromas. Hoppiness with grass, pepper and citrus in-mouth. Brief lactic note. Pepper very much in evidence in a tangy, spicy finish. Plenty of body and an engaging texture amid strong carbonation.

cloudy bright golden colour, huge white head; aroma and taste of lemon, some honey slightly roasted brown sugar and well ballanced hoppy bitterness and maltyness; somehow less bodied, a bit water feeling, but otherwise drinkable
