From a 33 cl bottle shared at home. Was quite a gusher on opening. Pours a clear gold with a massive white head. Bready nose. Flavors of dough and bubblegum. Effervescent mouthfeel. Bubbly, champagne-like finish.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from ALBO. BBF 29/11/2015. Paler, slightly cloudy golden colour, fading small white bubbles for a head. Slight citrus on the nose, bit lemonade-like, white sugar sweet, lemon peel soap. Taste is faint lemonade, citrus hand soap, slight grains, white sugar, hint lemonade, touch chemical, hint booze. Very heavy carbonation. Eh Bavik….

botle @ home ( 33 cl , 1,5 y old) as petrus gouden tripel . pours blonde, big white foam that lasts long . smell of honey-ish sweetness to much carbo ( way to much ) , sweet, malts, borning. uninspired.. so common taste .. sigh

Bouteille 250ml. De couleur jaune-dorée et voilée. Nez de levure fruitée aux notes acides (agrumes) aux notes épicées (poivre) avec des petites notes de miel et de houblon floral. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes crémeuses. Goût de levures fruitées aux petites notes acides (agrumes, faibles traces de bananes et de poires) et légèrement épicées lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût légèrement sucré rappelant le miel avec des notes de céréales sucrées puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon floral avec des notes d’alcool. Post-goût moyen, légèrement amer de houblon floral aux notes herbeuses avec un léger goût de levures fruitées (zeste d’agrumes) ainsi que des traces d’alcool.
