A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower: This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, with a lingering floral elderflower aftertaste. An extraordinary brew.

Malty, light sweetness, bit of lemon. Much like the others. Not bitter at all, malty sweetness.

Bottle. Clear golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is grainy, cardboardy, light yeast. Taste is grainy, sugar icing. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Not great.

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has wood, some fruitness, hint of biscuit, should be fresher. Taste has wood, grain, hint of fruitness, quite mild bitterness, but not sweet. Medium bodied, slighlty fluffy palate is the best part of this beer. Should be fresher, now I'm not inspirating of this beer.

Bottled 500ml. -from 8 a Huit Val Thorens. Pale golden coloured, small white head, big bubbles of carbonation, whiff of elder in the nose. Malty, light fruity hoppy, notes of elderflower and vegetables with notes of caramel in the finish. Nothing special here.
