A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower: This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, with a lingering floral elderflower aftertaste. An extraordinary brew.

Clear pale to medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Toasted malts nose, bit dusty, light lemon, pine. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, dark bread, grain, light lemon. Dry malty sweetbitter aftertaste. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, nice.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear golden-amber, off-white smallish head. Light and delicate hoppy and malty aroma: some quince, jammy fruit. The taste is even more restrained, moderate malty and fruity sweetness with notes of peach ham. Light bitter finish. Not bad, but sometimes you feel like drinking a (maltier) lager.

Dorada miel. Escasa espuma. Lupulada en el aroma, anticipando lo que viene en el sabor. Naranja, uva. Final al fondo del paladar desmerece el conjunto. En cualquier caso, otra buena ale de la casa.

Cask at Edinburgh Airport Spoons. It pours clear deep amber with a decent off-white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, juicy, caramel, red grape, red berry and some light floral. The taste is bitter-sweet, pine, resinous, caramel, varnish, citrus rind, dry grass and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Quite different from the bottled version. Pretty quaffable.

Clitheroe Beer Festival 2015. Has lots of hops with a very sweet nose, and sugary-sweet strawberry flavours.

Amber colored , white lasting head. Mix of malt aromas, caramel and biscuit the strongest, lemony. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, biscuit, herbal hoppiness, lemon zest and some fruit. Medium bodied. I think I like this one much more than I should but for some reason it speaks to me!
