A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower: This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, with a lingering floral elderflower aftertaste. An extraordinary brew.

En frisk ale med karamell och fruktig smak. Citrontoner och fläder gör det hela till en syrlig och uppfriskande smakupplevelse.

50cl bottle. Pours golden/orange with steady bubbles and a generous head. The nose has lemon pith and pine but I don’t get the elderflowers. The taste has creamy grapefruit. The palate is medium bodied with a tangy and creamy texture and a refreshing, zingy finish. Overall, a good beer.

Bottle. This was not my kind of beer. It starts fresh, nice and hoppy, but when you expect a bitter finish - all you get is some vanilla and vegtable notes, Strange and too sweet.

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, floral nose with apricots, citrus peel, hay, honey and a touch of elderflowers. Fruity, floral taste with notes of orange peel, apriocts, elderflowers, biscuity malt and a gentle citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Tesco, Forres
Amber, clear, frothy white head, some lacing.
Aroma - Floral herbal notes, some citrus hops, bit of hay and light malt.
Taste - Grassy hops, some citrus hops, hay, bit herbal, smooth caramel malt backbone, tangy bitter towards the finish.
Palate - Medium carb, thin to medium body, smooth texture. Finish - Fairly bold grassy bitter finish with a long linger.
Overall - Quite a good beer, but the bitterness in the finish is a tad aggressive. Hops over dominate the malts a bit which don’t get much of a look in. Perhaps the 7 varieties of malt contribute to that underlying smoothness.
