Keg at the Hope Carshalton and Old Coffee House, Soho. It pours hazy, pale straw yellow, with a thin, bubbly white head. The nose is fresh lemon, lemon peel, passion fruit, tropical juice and wet dog. The taste is fresh lemon, zesty citrus peel, light wheat, passion fruit, with a mouth-puckering sour finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Very fresh and zesty. Not particularly complex, but smooth, tasty and highly drinkable.

Old Coffee House. Very very pale gold beer - venturing near colourless! Little white head. Gorgeous nose of of pineapple and mango. Palate is a little crisp and quite dry. The pineapple and mango carry over from the nose but are dominated by lightly sour lemon - lime. Very slightly acidic. Finishes dry. Nice beer but a little too sharp for me to drink pints.

Tap at the Old Coffee House, Soho - 11/09/12. Clear pale yellow with a thin off-white head with plenty of lacing. Nose comprises lemsip, piss, aspartame, bitter lemon and a little sulphur. Tastes very sour, angostura bitters, citrus tones, background sugars, lemon, earthy damp straw. Light to medium in body with a tarte bitter aftertaste.
