750ml compact dark green bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika, shared with Finn. Airy white head blanketing the glass. Late straw coloured body. Sweet fruity smell, lightly spiced. Grassy hops in flavour added by dry lemon and a modest spicy touch. Fruit hoppy ending with noticeable alcohol. Oily palate. More than just drinkable (Tromsø, 01.05.2012).

750 ml green capped bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.0%. Pale yellow colour, large white head. Pleasant and inviting aroma, mildly spicy and fruity notes. The flavour is medium sweet and moderately spicy, notes of white kandij sugar, decent hops in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Pours slightly hazy light golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with peaches, yeast and a hint of spices. Sweet and fruity with some bitterness and a fairly dry finish. Very drinkable and quite refreshing.

0.75l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew + friends. This one pours a light cloudy straw golden body with a nice big and bubbly lasting heavy lacing white head. The aroma has strong notes of Belgian yeast, it's kinda spicy and pepperish but also a thin papery hint. Average carbonated with a thin and light oily mouthfeel. The flavors also light yeasty with a mild grapy sour and peppery tone. Also a noticeable alcohol note in a mild warming finish. A bit thin bodied perhaps, but definitely a drinkable blonde.

Yellow straw-coloured, hazy. White frothy head which diminish to a thin layer. Perfumy aromas of classic belgian yeast. Some sweetness and alcohol. Flavours of hay and grains with a mild hop-touch. A sweetnes in the background, and medium bitterness. A bit slick and some watery mouthfeel. Overall a typical good and well-balanced belgian ale.

Big white head. Slightly hazy yellow body with fast carbonation. Fruity herbal funky aroma with peachy grassy honey notes. Dry-sweet fruity dusty earthy taste with funky peachy grassy notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy peachy honey aftertaste with herbal grassy buttery notes. Excellent! Full of flavour and character, and still easily drinkable. (0.75l bottle, wine monopoly Vika, Oslo.)

Bottle: Hazy, golden, mid-sized relatively stable white head; moderate hoppy-zesty nose; sourish-bitter flavour, medium bodied and relatively soft; increasing maltiness in the moderate sourish-sweet finish, followed by a slightly adstringent zesty aftertaste. A very nice brew....
