Hazy pale straw. That tropical fruit and pickle yeast - not bad actually. Similar taste, soft pithy bitterness.

On tap. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, apricot. Taste of yellow hoppy fruits, wheat. Nice.

Draught @ Kaapse BAF15, [ Borefts After Beer Festival 2015. ] @ Kaapse Brouwers, Veerlaan 19D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Van Moll / Oersoep Suave ].Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, gin - tonic, cucumber, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and ligt acific with a average duration, tart, cucumber, citrus (gin - tonic). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150927]

Oersoep festival. Zomerkwartier, Nijmegen. Heel vreemd spul, tonic proef je er doorheen (gin & tonic ipa), niet heel bitter, zoet. Backlog from 2015/08/29.

Draft at Kaapse BAF ’15. Pours very hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of light fruits, cucumber, citrus and floral notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Dark yellow. Very fruity. Apart from the gin there’s also a grape like fruitiness to it

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear light orange color, medium sized, dense off-white head that lasts for quite a long time and leaves fair lacing. Aroma is heavy gin and some sort of weirdness, it reminds me of a cleaning agent or something. Taste to me is a mix of light bitter, cucumber freshness, a slight fruity hint and an unusual gin flavor. Quite easy drinkable, quite refreshing as well. Dislike the aroma, but the flavor is pretty nice. Impressive brew, but I must say it’s not a beer I will drink liters of.

tap @Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015, een biertje met gin en tonic ?, schenkt oranje met geel/witte kraag. Aroma is lekker fruitig, sinaasappel, zoet, hop, maar overall erg lekker. Smaken zijn matig tot redelijk bitter, erg fris en fruitig, sinaasappel, wat exotisch fruit, mango, matig zoet, licht bitter, matige body, fruitige afdronk, toch wel wat verrassend, best wel lekker !
