A super drinkable Vermont inspired SESSION IPA. One of the first UK beers that explored what has become known as NEIPA.

Lower perceived hop bitterness, higher levels of chloride (in the brewing liquor), bags of oats and an altered dry hopping schedule combine to create a soft mouthfeel, juicy hop flavour/aroma and an attractive hazy appearance.

A dangerously drinkable, low ABV interpretation of the NEIPA style.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and passionfruit. Flavour of steel, papery malt and lemon zest. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Very bitter and less murky than I expected.

Keg at Brewdog Soho. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is nice juicy fruit hop, mango, diesel, little dank, doughy malts. Flavour is composed of semi raw bready grains, doughy, spicy citrus hop, tropical fruits, sticky tart finish. Palate is grainy, sticky hop juice, moderate carbonation. Assertive hop presence for the abv. Good.

Can @Mad for Beer (Rome). Giallo paglierino, leggermente torbida, schiuma media discretamente persistente. Al naso sentori agrumati e di frutta tropicale, pinosa, un poโ€™ sporca. In bocca รจ leggermente lievitosa, base di malto medio-leggera, amaro finale abbastanza pronunciato, ancora un poโ€™ sporca. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Andrebbe rifinita.

Cask at Brighton Beer Dispensary. It pours hazy golden with a fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, juicy, passion fruit, nectarine, mango, pineapple and sherbet. The taste is smooth, mellow bitterness, straw, pithy orange, nectarine, passion fruit, light spice and white bread with a smooth finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Good juicy tropical character. Mellow and quaffable.
