Our full strength IPA nods to the best I found whilst travelling the U.S – the result is deceptively drinkable, with a burnt orange colour and full flavour in the mouth. Huge amounts of simcoe & centennial hops find their way into the kettle, with even more sneaking in post fermenation for a ‘proper’ IPA flavour.

På fat. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, tuggummi, tropisk frukt, röda bär, grapefrukt och tall. Tydlig lite pepprig beska med inslag av maskros. Lagom söt, frisk och fruktig.

Cask at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear amber, thick white head. Strong citrus aroma, caramel too. Taste is bitter, with dark sugar sweetness at the back. Rich, creamy texture. Drinks to its strength. Good.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Amber with a frothy head. Its strength is evident but there’s still enough tropical fruitiness to make this an enjoyable heavier texured ale.

Keg at CBI, London on 23rd November 2013. Copper with thin white ring-and-film giving scant lacing. Sweetish fruity berries aroma. Malty and nutty in-mouth with peanut nuttiness and caramel malts. Zingy citrus present in addition to this. Short citric and nutty finish on a zingy mouthfeel and medium body.

Cask @ CBC Clerkenwell. Has a nice warm colour, good aroma with a deep hoppy citrus / caramel taste, if a little boozy and sweet. Will definitely have this again when I next see it.
