This refined Small Batch beer is brewed with purple Peruvian corn (Maize Morada) combined with Cascade and Waimea to create a refreshing and crisp hybrid Pale Ale unlike any other. The Maize Morada corn gives the beer a ruby, purple hue and adds a delicate creamy backbone of red fruit to the hops.

Crisp and refreshing. Good use of Cascade and Wameia. Corn-on-the-cob adjuncts meets hop pale. Good use of adjunct. Clean and well.
