Our take on an American style IPA: pale, dry and very aromatic. The explosive hop profile comes from American varieties (among them Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra and Centennial) used at different stages of production that give back a unique bouquet with mango, apricot, peach and citrus overtones.

On tap at King Arthur pub in Ciampino (Rome-Italy). Pours gold clear, white foam with drafts on the glass. Nose: piney, malty. Mouth: garlic, a bit herbal, rich in taste.

Draft @ Finborough Arms, Kensington SW10. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Citric aroma, soft and nice. Hints of soap, but very little. Some pine needles. Impressive backbone on the tongue, nice bitterness with a long hoppy finish. Nice!

Blond color, clean, medium sized head. Animal hop aroma, medium strength. Dry mouthfeel, good combination of flavors, pale crispy malt and animal resiny hops. Strong bitterness.

Bottle from domus birrea @Rome, pours golden with a white head. Aroma is very nice, a lot of aromatic hops, pine, pineapple, grass, citrus. Tast of a lot of fresh hops, again pine, grass, citrus, pineapple, longlasting bitterness, malt, weak sweetness, i could have kept in a bit longer in the fridge however i was curious ;) . On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Pours light yellow, a bit unclear, with a decent foam. Aroma is hoppy, fresh, citrus, resin, pine, fruits, nice. Flavour is light malty, light sweet with a medium to strong bitterness in the end. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nice.
