An extremely hopped beer, with a light copper colour and an elevated alcohol content. Dextrose is added to the malts, to make the beer particularly dry and to bring out at best the intense aromatic notes of the American hops used (Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo). The use of Vermont yeast makes the beer particularly soft and aromatic.

Tap at drunken duck refettorio birraio. Bright golden color, thick white head, persistent, lacing. Aroma of bready malts with huge hops resin and fruity overtones, orange, grapefruit and citrus, backed with pepper and brandy. Taste is well balanced, juicy, tasty and rich, thick, sticky palate, mild salty, long spicy finish. Nice.
