Birra nata dalle rivisitazione della Magut (German Pilsner) in stile americano. Nel 2013 sulla scia delle IPA che dominavano il mercato, a Lambrate sono state impiegate due delle migliori qualità del birrificio: le basse fermentazioni e le luppolature decise ma eleganti. Il risultato è una birra di riferimento nel mondo delle "hoppy lager" anche se noi l'abbiamo volutamente definita "west coast pils" per sottolineare sia la luppolatura di stampo americano, sia la caratteristica facilità di bevuta tipica dello stile pilsner.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is peachy and solid grapefruity. Solid grapefruity hoppy and smooth peachy. Lingering crisp hoppy finish.

Slightly hazy golden color. Extremely hoppy nose with huge grassy notes. Light body, super quaffable. Not too hoppy, but super nice and quaffable.

Draft @ Lambrate Brewpub, Milano. Dorée, col crémeux blanc0 Arôme est agréablement fruité avec un petit fruité oscillant sur le tropical mangue. Palais à haute et belle effervescence, US houblonné dans le profil avec un petit côté Cascade? fini sec avec un relent d’agrumes et tropical entre mangue et melon. A 5%, que demander de mieux!

Draught @ Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa, Rome. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of light malt, light fruity hops, citrus, lemonpeel, little spice. Flavor is malt, fruity hops, pineapple, citrus. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. 080414

Weich bitterer, angenehm hopfiger Antrunk. Die leichte Fruchtigkeit steigt, sehr blumiger Hopfen, minimal Zitrus. Dann herber werdend, spritzig, vollmundig. 13/11/11/11//11
