Birra nata dalle rivisitazione della Magut (German Pilsner) in stile americano. Nel 2013 sulla scia delle IPA che dominavano il mercato, a Lambrate sono state impiegate due delle migliori qualità del birrificio: le basse fermentazioni e le luppolature decise ma eleganti. Il risultato è una birra di riferimento nel mondo delle "hoppy lager" anche se noi l'abbiamo volutamente definita "west coast pils" per sottolineare sia la luppolatura di stampo americano, sia la caratteristica facilità di bevuta tipica dello stile pilsner.

Draught @ Chmielarnia Marszalkowska, ul. Marszalkowska 10/16, Warszawa, Poland 00-590. [ As Lambrate American Magut ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, peach, pineapple, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160206]

Keg at Chmielarna Marszałkowska, Warsaw. Hazy golden, mid sized coarse head. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Peachy citrusy hops, grainy malt. Really bitter finish. Somewhat edgy.

[9/27/15] Draught at Hoppy Days in Amsterdam. Clear golden. Nice hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and pine. Dry hoppy flavor with juicy tropical fruits, grapefruit, and good crisp bitterness. Quite light-bodied. Quite delicious and quaffable.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Clear, pale golden yellow with a medium large, creamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, grapefruit and pomelo. Slightly bitter, citrusy-grassy taste of lemon, grapefruit and pomelo, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours golden with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma is amazing! Lots of tropical fruit and grapefruit, light malt, a floral touch, wow! Flavour is medium to light sweet with a fantastic bitter end, light to medium malt profile. Light body, medium to light carbonation. Fantastic!

Klares goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, sehr hopfig, grasig bitter. Geschmack sehr hopfig, angenehm bitter hopfig, grasig.
