Draft. A- Vinegar, lemon juice, pickles, sour. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Sour, vinegar, pickle brine. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sour finish. O- Wow, never expected this to be so tasty. A very sour beer. Maybe one of the tartest I’ve had. Refreshing and delish.

Very tart aroma of persimmon and green apple. Cloudy amber, effervescent, thick head. Sour persimmon, very sour. Green apple finish. Light body, harsh. As much as I love berliner weisse, and this one particularly, perhaps this was too tart.

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle: poirs a murky orange yellow with a tiny head and a hint of lacing. Aroma is pretty powerful fresh citrus and thay smell that funky sour beers have. Taste is quite sour with plenty of lingering. Nice bit of fruity complexity. Something resembling smoke in the sip. Nice sour beer...

Tap at Maxs. Hazy, unfiltered yellow-tan body. Big sour tones, but kept in line, not unruly or off. Some depth. Almost has a persimmon tone. Really good stuff, tangerine, mango. World Class. Nice.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemonade, lemon citrus, light herbs. Tastes of lemons, tart acidic notes, light grapefruit citrus. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Liked this better than the Graviola version.

I love cashew fruit and this is super well balanced. Good tangy vibe from the fruit with some bread yeast and citrus. Not overpowering in sourness, just well drinkable. Hazy yellow pour with decent head and lacing. Tangy finish. Tap at churchkey.
