Tasting at Oakes' Manor
Hazy blond color. Interesting aroma, pungent fruit, hint of petroleum. Tart, weak body, a bit lemony.

Yellowish colour. Not much aroma. The aroma is full of band-aid, and that kind of blows everything else out of the water. On the palate, you get a little bit of fruit, and still some band-aid phenols. There's just too many issues with this one, to really capture the fruit, and to really let the good elements to shine through.

10.5 oz. bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry tart citrus, light lacto and dry wood. Flavour is nice and dry, with notes of lacto, wood, and citrus. A bit of old band-aid in there too that messes with this. Something a bit off here. Not terrible, but this is off the mark.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Thank you for sharing RB-InBev Belgian crew! Very pale golden, little white head. Nose is weird sour lemon, vinegar pineapple, sour lactic. Taste is basic sparkling empty kettle sour with lemon, empty, vinegar pineapple. Empty sparking basic sour body. Base doesn’t seem very interesting, not too exciting. I was explained that Cajo is a crazy sour fruit, Brazilians in general only consume it with lots of sugar. At least luckily Way Beer didn’t do that here.
