As juicy and aromatic as fruit IPA's come. This beer is dry and subtly tart because of the chokeberries. We've packed in punchy Mosaic hops to make this one helluva thirst quenching IPA.

Bottle at Dodo, Hanwell 19/5/2017. Hazy orange in colour, with a billowy, white, head. Massive aroma of orange fruits, blueberry sweetness, white pepper and grassy hops. Flavour ha plenty more fruit, some crisp malts and a hint of spice, before a long, dry finish. Excellent.

2016 catch up - Bottle at home - A very bitter IPA, probably from the addition of the Chokeberries. It was nice and I could cope with the bitterness, but not a beer that I would seek out again. Overall the flavour was a bit too odd.

330ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal, fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of pine, orange zest, unspecific, juniper-berry-like, earthy fruitiness with cherry touch. Taste is fruity, slightly bitter hoppy, notes of yellow and red apple, a touch of baked apple, dark cherry, some leafy-herbal-mineral bitterness; bitter-fruity finish seems to expose the chokeberry flavours best. A nice IPA with a rare ingredient.

Pours a hazy amber color, topped with a medium sized off-white head, disappearing quite soon. Very pleasant fruity aroma, sweet notes (must be chokeberry) with some pine presence and some malty back. Medium bitterness with some notable alcohol warmth and some berry fruitiness that has a bit soapy feel. Lasting gentle aftertaste. Light body. Nice.
