Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Black dark brown beer lasting tan head. Dark chocolate cake. . Damn i love this brewery. All their beers are just so damn well made whatever the style. Some date some molasses. Oily but sponge as well. Lovely beer.

Barwa czarna. Gęste nieprzejrzyste. Piana w kolorze czekoladowym, szybko znika niemalże do zera. w aromacie dominuje kawa zbożowa, za nią czekolada gorzka. Smak intensywny, kawa, przypieczona skórka od chleba, bardzo gorzka czekolada, lekka kwaskowosc. Bardzo dobre, wytrawne.

Bottle at home, 22nd May 2017. Pours black. Not much head. Aroma is cocoa, barrel, bourbon. Taste is complex and smooth, dark chocolate, not too sweet, bourbon, liquor kick, wood notes. Lovely stuff.
