Bottle. Black with a brown head that fades from a cm. Roasty aroma with bitter chocolate, singed caramel. Palate is clean and almost delicate. Moderately sweet with chocolate, singed caramel, licorice before gentle bitterness as it fades away. Roast is a brooding presence behind. Very nice indeed.

La chose est certaine, la débauche sait y faire avec les stouts et les porters. Un vrai savoir-faire. Ce Baltic Porter en est la représentation, avec des arômes francs et intense de café et chocolat couplés à une structure solide avec un alcool à 10 % posant le porter tout en étant bien intégré. Le sucre est de plus bien dosé. Elle est donc juste très bonne. Ne vous attendez cependant pas à une complexité incroyable, mais ce porter est diablement efficace. En verre, nous sommes sur un noir total surmonté d'une belle mousse brune, crémeuse d'1,5 cm. Le nez est franc et solide sur le café et le chocolat en principal, un peu de caramel, de légères épices et un alcool se ressentant en sous-jacent. L'attaque présente un excellent équilibre, sur des arômes francs, une amertume donnant une fraîcheur agréable et alcool sur les devants mais non agressif. Aromatiquement, nous retrouvons les arômes présents au nez. La texture, légèrement suave est appréciable. En deuxième bouche l'intensité croit pour faire la part belle au café et chocolat. C'est franc, pêchu et généreux. L’arrière-bouche, sur les mêmes arômes est d'une très bonne ampleur et prolonge le plaisir tout comme le final, long, qui est sur une bonne alliance malt/houblon. Excellent moment.

Bottle 0.33l. Black colored. AROMA- roasted malt, dark chocolate, aromatic wood, tobacco leaves. FLAVOR- smooth, dry, slightly sour, bitter, roasted and burnt malts, dark chocolate, pralines, exotic wood. Fuller bodied.

Botella 33 cl en el Lúpulo Oviedo 26..04..2018. (r30). Color negro con espuma beige. Sabores maltosos tostados con ligeros torrefactos y caramelos. Toques de maderas ligeramente licorosa y secas. Suave amargo final. Bastante buena para repetir.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Black color, gassy brownish foam disappearing quick. Nose: it goes a bit vintage-olive, liquor fell. Mouth: far better, fresh cherry, sweet infused coffee. Soft or almost absent carbo.

0.33 l bottle brought by Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran. Thanks. Dark brown, small off-white head. Roasty, ash, dried fruit, nutty, chocolate, light barrel, some spice. More like a imperial stout. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate finish.
