Kvass is traditionally made with Rye Bread as a way to use leftovers at home, fermenting on the windowsill, typically resulting in a low ABV, nutritional fermented beverage, and with herbs and fruit added for flavour.
But we've thrown that out the window it normally ferments next to and amplified it up to 4.7%. A small amount of strawberry, lemon and mint to contrast with the spicy notes from a huge amount of rye that makes this beer what it is.

On keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh. Appearance - pale golden with a Nose - fruit salad and confectionery version. Taste - more dolly mixtures and such. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long and balanced finish. Overall - lovely beer.

Keg at the Bootlegger, 01/10/16. Hazed yellow orange with a decent off White head. Nose is big Um Bongo strides, tropical fruit punch, pineapple chunks, sweet malts, straw. Taste comprises more Um Bongo, pineapple, toasted grains, grass, fruit punch, pink grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop lock. Decent tropical refreshment if a touch sweet and syrupy at times. Not sure what style .. its no kvass so figure trad ale is best fit!
