Kvass is traditionally made with Rye Bread as a way to use leftovers at home, fermenting on the windowsill, typically resulting in a low ABV, nutritional fermented beverage, and with herbs and fruit added for flavour.
But we've thrown that out the window it normally ferments next to and amplified it up to 4.7%. A small amount of strawberry, lemon and mint to contrast with the spicy notes from a huge amount of rye that makes this beer what it is.

On tap at The Magnet, Stockport Oct 2016. Pours hazed yellow golden with a white head. Aroma: strawberries, lemon & malt. Taste: moderate sweet with strawberries, rye, hay, hops. light to medium body, soft carb. Dry bready finish.

Pours light hazy yellow with a small white head. Aromas of sweet strawberries, lime, citrus. Taste is sweet, malts, strawberries, light hops, floral.

Golden with a white head - Bready and berry aroma - Malt body with a berry flavour with just hints of bitterness - The malt and sweet berry flavour goes into the finish - This was nice

Draft @ GBBF 2017. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty hoppy finish.

On tap at Galbraith's. Pours hazy yellow orange. Strawberry, herbal, pepper, bread, synthetic strawberry, lemonade. Thin body. Interesting.

Keg at the Greenwich Union, Greenwich. Nose of strawberry, vanilla, cream, creme freche. Flavours of strawberry creams, vanilla. Quite a sweet number. Good.
