Bottle @Auberge 's Gravenhof, 's-Gravenvoeren. Dark brown colour, good frothy beige head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malts, brown sugar, dark fruits, apple syrup. Taste medium to light heavy sweet and light bitter, hint of acidity, malty, fruity, some caramel, syrup notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, malty, fruity, hint of coffee, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, pleasant brown ale.
