Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a tight, foamy white head. The nose has some dried citrus peel, pale grains, grass. Light sweet flavour, dry and flinty, some ashy off notes, more grass, some astringency, orange peel. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with more phenolic ashy notes, husky grains, citrus peel, grass. It has its moments but a bit rough overall.
