On tap @ BPBW. This is a sour stout. And it works. What's more, it's hecking genius: sour and fruity in aroma, while keeps the roasted, "dark" character in taste. This is truly genius.

Vollmundiger, säuerlich malziger Start. Moderat röstig, konstante Säure, dabei sind noten von Zitrus und Brett vorhanden. Süffig, die Säure steigt zum Ende leicht an, Kirschen, Holz, langer Nachhall. 10/12/12/12/9/12

Bottle at home. Pours deep reddish brown, nose is roasted, funk, chocolate, light berries, taste is tart, juicy berries, dry, funky, roasted.

500ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with a small head. Aroma is sharp, sour cola, some cognac and maple syrup. Taste has sour cola and maple syrup to start. Sour cognac finish. Chocolate on the aftertaste.

50cl bottle. Very nice fruity sourness. Easy to drink, blueberries are there, hints of maple in the back. Wood, hints of cocoa. Fruity berry sourness in the finish. Nice stuff.

[ As BrewDog Overworks Edgelord ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, wine - red wine - berries, light alcohol - wood - cognac. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, tart - wine - red wine, berries - blueberry cherry, cocoa - chocolate, maple syrup sweet, wine - berries - grapes - red wine, light barrel - alcohol - sweet alcohol - cognac. Keg at indy man beer con 2018. Session 6. A clear reddy amber brown coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma is earthy pumpkon, meaty, brown sugars, rye bread, rustic grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, tangy, apple, veg, fennel, tree bark,. Palate is tart, pinch of acid, tart raspberry, highish carbonation. Spritzy. Interesting. Lingering liquorice.
