Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at Mikkeller Warsaw, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lacto upfront, with some general wild notes and light tart fruits. Flavour is heavy on the lacto, with lots of wild yeast, some lacto and a hint of stone fruits. This was served way too warm - c'mon Mikkeller, you should know better. Not great.
