We meet again! Not as sour by far as the 2016, this doesn't hurt, but still is quite tart. Very fruity, dry, fairly bitter and woody. Cherries work nicely with the Foederbier. Little bit woody, tannins from the wine, bit tobacco'ish even. Complex.
