(Bottle) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of melon, citrus, unripe peaches, honey, barnyard and horse stable. Fruity, tart taste with melon, lemon, hay, honey, barnyard, a touch of almonds hidden away in the sour, and a dry finish with a solid acidity. Light body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a sharp acidity. Very nice.

Draught at TLVCBF, Hazy yellow colour, lemon and a bit of vinegar, hint of wood, piercing fruity sourness. Really nice but one dimensional.

Bottle. (thanks Silenzi) Hazy yellow with a small white head. Medium sour with melon, some citrus, oak and something that reminded of cucumber.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and an almost absent head. Acetic acid aroma, super dry white wine. Light body, super dry and tart acetic acid and lactic acid. Very Lambic like. 271219

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul disig vätska med lågt vitt skum. Fint syrlig med lite fattoner och lätta fruktiga melonsmaker. Halm, honung, citron. Bra balans, fin syra. Gott.

Cask at Acido Acida, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours pale gold, hazy, with practically no foam. Aroma is Brett, lemony, bitter vegetables. Body is average, with intense carbonation and marked astringency. Taste is intensely sour. Finish is kind of long and sour
