Sour Ale made in collaboration with Ægir brewery, using a typical fruit of Norway. The cranberries added during the fermentation, besides their color, give this beer an intense aroma of ripe fruit and a perceptible sweetness that well counterbalances the acidity released by the action of lactic bacteria, inoculated in the mash.
