I’m not sure what I expected, but it exceeds all my expectations. Delicious.

22 June 2019. At Billie's Bier Kafetaria, Antwerp. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours hazy yellow with a big, collapsing, froty, white head. Aroma of pineapple, kiwi, lychee, mellow mango, orange peel, onion, dough. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple, pineapple, mango & sourish kiwi, going over a bitter middle of orange peel, grass & pine, with supportive, soft bready malts. Dry, piney & earthy hoppy finish, lingering orange & grapefruit. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Somewhat bland for DIPA in the end.

Pours a nice clear amber from a tap. Faint toast, pine and stone fruit aroma. Flavor is a bitter soap and slight burnt toast. Meh.

On draft at the Willamantic brewpub it is a clear golden color with a slight white head. The aroma isc Citrus and the taste is strong bitter flavored of grapefruit and it has a Bitter finish.

On draft at the Willamantic brewpub. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Citrus nose. Flavors of pine and hay. Bitter finish.
