On tap @ Olympen. This one has a really big heavy fluffy and just generally speaking a really nice top! Looks like a beer from a comic book. The beer itself is light cloudy and deep bronze-orange in color. The aroma has tones of burned rye bread, wort, brett, yeast, sour apricots and in general not very pale ale like. The carbonation level is average and the mouthfeel is light oily. Not to pale ale like in the taste either. Kinda on the sweet side, well malty, a soft acidity lurking in the background, caramel and a slight dry finish. Not mouthdrying, just dry. Easy to drink, easy to like I guess. 02.03.2013

Craft Islington. Almost clear amber beer, little white head. Palate is smooth but with a crispy trailing edge. A little creamy malt. Light marmalade hops and a whisper of red berry fruits. Slightly crispy finish. Okay.

Keg at the euston tap. Clear Orange light amber. Spicy pepper aroma. Some pine needles in there as well. Flavour is medium sweetness. Good nutty malt. Spicy hop finish medium duration. Good caramel toffee notes as well. Not sure what the adjunct is, but it is a bit off putting.
