We invited the brewers from Weihenstephan, the oldest brewery in the world, to our brewery to concoct a co-created beer of epic proportions. The resulting beer takes both our signature styles, IPA and hefeweizen, to create a whole new beery entity. The beer rocks a classic Hefeweisse base of wheat and Munich malt with aromas of banana and clove and a distinctive trademark haziness. On top of this we have layered a tapestry of US citrus hop character from Centennial and Simcoe.

Flasche: Golden, hazy, loose but stable lacy white head; distinctive orangey, floral and wheaty nose, some well hidden yeast underneath; medium bodied, soft MF, solid bitter-sweet flavour; lingering finish - orangey-fruity in the beginning, later drier and more bitter and a bit tart. Gut gemachtβ¦

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with huge, frothy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Wheaty, fruity hoppy, and fruity yeasty aroma, notes of banana, mandarine and orange overtones. Taste is moderately sweet wheaty, fruity yeasty, notes of banana and papaya, banana leaves, a good deal of hop bitterness, hints of orange and banana; lasting bitter hoppy finish. No hints of yeasty spiciness (undecidable if varnished or inexistent) - works rather well, though.

Finally managed to get my hands on this one. Pretty weird, because I only just bought this one, and it's already expired. Clear blond beer, creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: grassy, bit metallic, citrus, grapefruit, fruity touch. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, very bitter, lots of grapefruit, citrus, grassy. Aftertaste: medicinal, very bitter, citrus, lychee, grapefruit, green banana.

bottle oro leggermenten velata buona schiuma piuttosto abbondante buona persistenza discreti sentori resinosi agrumati luppolati pezia chiodo di garofano discreto amaro un filo citrico un po astringente non molto armonica

Piwo srednio dobrze wyglada. Jak na bawarska pszenice to mizerna piana byla. Metnosc srednia choc dawalo to piwu jaskrawa poswiate. Aromat pszeniczno ziolowo chmielnu]y. Dominowaly chmiele z US. Na koncu powiem ze piwo bylo bardziej jako IPA niz pszenica Bawarska. Zle wyposrodkowane bylo
