Scottish Sour Ale fermented with Almonds, Raisins & Vanilla, aged in Vin Santo barrels.
Dip in. Tawny with rouge depth. This bold Biscotti experiment takes a sour bruin base, aged in Vin Santo Barrels with almonds for over a year and gently infused with vanilla beans. Bursting with Amaretto and Brett leather character. The first mouth-watering sip is sour and vinous but quickly rounds out into a decadent almond and vanilla finale.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen (07092019) - hazed amber with a off white head. Medium sour fruity with notes of grape, medium body and acidity, yeasty touch, sour fruity finish.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, spices, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

Vom Fass im BrewDog/DogTap Berlin 2019-08 getrunken. Diese rotbraune Sour Ale erinnert schon an ein klassisches Flämisch Red. Es kommt mit einer deutlichen Fruchtsäure und vollen Körper daher. Der Einfluß des Vin Santo Süßweinfässer ist schon deutlich deutlich, doch nicht von den Mandeln und Vanilieschoten. Es ist aber dennoch ein wunderbares Sour Ale!

Keg at brew dog Edinburgh... Red copper... Thin white lacing.. Soft beer.. Light dry fruits nose... Very Ligh nose... Cold... Dry toffee.. Light balsamic... Very neutral... Think this needs to warm .... Soft buggy woody fruit
