Hier freut sich der Malzliebhaber genauso wie der Hopfenfan. Erdig- körnige Malznoten gepaart mit frischen, leicht zitrusartigen Aromen, die sich beide gegen Ende hin steigern. Ein schöner Körper in opalisierendem Kleid. Überraschend erfrischend für ein Kellerbier und bereits vier Mal beim European Beer Star ausgezeichnet.

From tap at Foersters Feine Biere, Berlin, 27.01.20. Cloudy pale straw colour. White head and lacing. Weak aroma and taste of pilsner malt, noble hops, grass and unripe bananas.

Draft at Tap House Munich, 10th January 19. First beer trip of 2019. Pours a nice looking hazy orange beer, good white head. Aroma is floral, aromatic, yeast and light citrus. Taste is bright, sweet, and bitter floral, light yeast, lovely.

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Mjuk och lite tuggig munkänsla. Smak av nybakat bröd, jäst, lite hö och örter. Frisk och nästan lite syrlig. Fina smaker, stiltypisk, mycket välgjort och mycket gott.

[Munich 2018] 500 ml. draft @ Tap House Munich. Low hazy, big creamy white head. Nose is lovely floral, flowers, hay, touch sweet. Doughy, lingering oily clean flowers, hay, perfume, sunflowers seeds & low chalk, very nice.

Sunday 5th Aug 2018; on tap in the Muted Horn, Berlin. Orange hue to the cloudy golden pour, white crown. The nose had a cobweb yeasty ester or two alongside some bready malty/grainy aromas and light citrus notes. The taste followed the same lines but dropping the citrus notes and picking up a mild herbal twist.

Cloudy golden color. Big rock road head. Big, dry, rustic nose with a bit of farmyard and herbs, fairly yeasty with modest hoppiness. Lively carbonation. Firm bitterness, both grassy and aromatic. Underlying earthiness. Nice take on the style
