Hier freut sich der Malzliebhaber genauso wie der Hopfenfan. Erdig- körnige Malznoten gepaart mit frischen, leicht zitrusartigen Aromen, die sich beide gegen Ende hin steigern. Ein schöner Körper in opalisierendem Kleid. Überraschend erfrischend für ein Kellerbier und bereits vier Mal beim European Beer Star ausgezeichnet.

Pale colour, hazy, beautiful frothy head that stays for a while. Too bright for a Keller. Aroma is grain, also white bread, some herbal hops, lemon. Light bitterness. More crisp than typical Keller. Medium body. Good.

Golden pour into a stone jug. Foamy white head. Sweet and doughy wheat malts, drafty wet clay atmosphere, a little pastry dough or light caramel sweetness. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft carb.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours lightly biscuit - gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh bready malts, doughy, cereal, floral accents, oaty biscuit and a touch of spice. The taste is firmly dry, touch of bitterness, floral, doughy bread, peppery spice, grass, cereal, lemon curd, biscuit and hay with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. All comes together well. Very balanced and chuggable.

Bottle online from 'The Trembling Madness'. Pours a hazy light amber colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, grass and doughy bread. Taste has more grains, hay, bread and some very light grass and a little honey sweetness on the finish. Crisp, smooth and buttery mouthfeel. Medium body with a slightly oily palate. Very nice better than average Keller.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of grainy malt, herbal hop bitters and lager yeast. Taste has grainy malt, würziges hop bitters, lager yeast and and bready malt tones. It's simple, but every know and then it's nice to just drink a simple straightforward old school beer.
