0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before November 2024. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel, honey, some fresh grass and light grains. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, slightly malty, quite grassy-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, lemon peel and some honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Refreshing, crisp Kellerbier, really well-brewed.

Pours a hazy golden body and a dense white head. Aroma's: malt sweet grainish/wort. Same retronasal along with some fruit (pear?). Flavour is light sweet with some fruit. Light bodied. Finishes somewhat dry with milde bitterness.

Appearance; Cloudy yellow with a good white head. Aroma and taste: Cleanest malt, floral and spicy hop, lovely rustic hints. Medium dry, light to medium hop bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: Nice yummy lager.

Die Optik zeigt sich hellgoldgelb und opaltrüb mit einer weißen, feinporigen und gut haltbaren Schaumkrone. In die Nase strömen eher zurückhaltende Aromen, welche aber ein durchaus gutes Bild zeichnen. Der getreidig-malzigen Aromatik wohnt ein leichter Hefeton bei, welcher in eine trockene, heuige Hopfennote übergeht. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, weichspritzig, getreidig-malzig und zarthefig. Am Gaumen vernimmt man einen weichen, vollmundigen Körper mit getreidigen und leicht fruchtigen Noten, welche ein wenig an Weißwein erinnern. Ebenso nimmt man zart florale bis honigartige Noten wahr. Gleichzeitig moussiert die Kohlensäure zart auf Zunge und Gaumen. Die Gesamtaromatik gestaltet sich eher einfach, aber unglaublich harmonisch. Das Süße-Säure-Spiel mit der getreidigen Basis ist fantastisch. So sind Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit richtig richtig gut. Im Nachtrunk hält die Aromatik gut an. Den Schlusspunkt setzt ein malziges und leicht trockenes Finish. Mein Fazit: Aromatisch einfach, aber top! Außerdem ein perfekter Begleiter für herbstliche Speisen!!!

Trübe goldene Farbe mit Dichter, weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, brotig, würzig mit etwas Honig & Citrus, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle from Hausmann Getränke, drunk watching Clark after a couple hours figuring out the specs of wall radiators. Lightly hazy yellow amber, very pretty head. Spicy earthy hops on a bed of hay. Relatively thin body, but clean and refreshing, pretty powerful hops bitterness.

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Light malty, a bit citrussy, rather bitter for a Keller. Easy drinkable.
