33 cl can @ home. Batch 2010025B: BBE 02.01.2021 Aroma is musty with ash, tobacco and coffee. Also licorice. Flavour has ash, tobacco, some pot coffee and licorice. A tad watery of course but still quite good non-alco, reminds me of Nøgne Ø Stuten.

Intense nose of cold coffee. The beer starts very dry. Lots of dry roasted malts together with nice intense coffee. Very dry in the end with lots of roasted bitterness. Nice balanced, very dry. Lots of bitter coffee there with hints of malty sweetness to make it drinkable. Great Coffee stout!

Keg at BD Soho, 03/01/20. Black with a decent tan covering. Nose is roast malts, chocolate, toffee, brown sugar sprinkle. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, dark malts, faint spice, hint of dried fruit and, light ashen tones. Light body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. A little basic, a touch thin and watery and not a patch on the low boost coffee stout BD put out in summer ‘19 ... but still a solid 0.5% alternative for a stout.
Earlier Rating: 8/2/2019 Total Score: 3.7
Keg at BD Bingoham, before all the taps failed due to gas issues! 02/08/19. Pitch black with a decent tan head. Nose carries solid coffee vibes, dark chocolate, mellow roast, dark malts. Taste comprises brown sugars, light ashen tones, coffee grinds ... kind of a coffee liqueur note. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Super solid work for the ABV ... outstanding to be honest!
