One of our most special beers as it was the first brew on our new kit.

Fermented with both a Belgian Abbey yeast and an American yeast to get both the complexity and the dryness.

Dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Lemondrop hops.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 9

Tap at Foeders, Amsterdam, 4th December 19. Pours clear straw colour. Aroma is citrus, pith, sherbet. Taste is bitter grapefruit, orange sherbet, yep some Belgian yeasty notes. Refreshing and interesting. Lovely
