Tasting sample from tap shared 13. 12. 2019 with Bierridder_S @ La Source. F: medium, white, average retention. C: yellow milky, hazy. A: orange, tangerine, bit lactic, grapes, pine touch. T: orange, tangerine, grapefruits, nice long lasting bitterness, soft carbonation, very good balanced, enjoyed for sure.

13/12/2019 - draught tasting glass @La Source Taproom, shared with rubin77. Light yellow, sticky white foam. Nose is grains yeast. Taste feels like wheat, piny, bitter fruits. Nice

Draft sample @ La Source Taproom. Pailel trouble, col blanc. Arôme au nez de aies rouges, herbacé, agrumes avec de fines effluves de fruit de la passion - résineux léger en rétro-nasal. Palais est léger versant sur les baies rouges, première impression est un palais assez sec - Callista - nouvel houblon pour moi. Petite touche résiduelle de levure en fin de bouche. Impression de thé vert Matcha. Fini garde une certaine rondeur et épaisseur.

Tap at the brewery opening. Hops centered, though slightly unnuanced. Grassy zesty hops character, med-high bitterness, with thin body and malt in background. Okay, not great though.
