Bottled, from Carrefour, Sa Coma, Mallorca. Hazy mahogany colour, mid sized head. Fruity, bready nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Brown sugar and unfinished wort. Low bitterness. Where is thw smoke?

750mml. Bottle. Tasted on the 16/05/2018 at «Brión» pairing with a rear steak. Aroma is light sweet caramel, roasted malts, pear and bread. Taste is the same, leading to a roast and smoke finish. Overcarbonated. Long smoke finish. Next one please!

Brown color, beige head with short duration. Aroma has notes of smoked malts ald light caramel. Flavor is slightly sweet, notes of smoked ham. Light caramel in the final. High carbonation.

Marrón oscura, espuma no abundante pero duradera. Aroma a barbacoa, humo. En boca es lihera de cuerpo con buen punto de gas. Malteada, tostada y sobre todo ahumada. Agradable.

75 cl bottle served in red wine glass. Pours reddish brown (it reminds of pu-erh tea) with tan cream. Aroma is smoke (obvious), chocolate, redcurrant. Taste is light, slightly watery, slightly sweet, not very sour, not really bitter. Medium-lasting finish with clear notes of smoke.

Bottle from Carrefour, best before 14 12 18, lote L160114. Light copper coloured, off-white head. Nose of caramel malts, light smoked malts, bit fruity. Flavour is light smoked malts, caramel, bit of toasted biscuit. Medium carbonation, low-medium bitterness. Light and fresh, ok drinkable.
