This New England DIPA features 3 fruit forward hops; Ekuanot, Azacca and Vic Secret, with aromas and flavors of papaya, pineapple and mango. Laid on top of a fluffy cloud of oats with a hint of milk sugar for the creamiest mouthfeel ever. We fermented it on New England yeast for its stone fruit flavours and aromas.

Canned 14-5-2019. Clearly past its prime, hops have faded. Mouthfeel is OK for the style, and there is some fruit from the hops, but not enough. Some bitterness there as well. Where is my lactose, my vanilla and my Citra overkill? Tasty, but nothing else.

330mml. can. @«O Bandullo», 07/08/2019. Murky yellow colour with a medium white head. Good retention. Aroma is oat, pine, mango and lacto. Taste is pine and oat. Medium sweet finish. Balanced and intense. Next one please!

En Beerkas 2019
Color anaranjado, muy turbia con espuma blanca poco duradera. Aroma frutal con predominio a mango maduro. Sabor con ligero amargor, notas a mango y papaya. Final cremoso, densa en boca con leve amargor.
