Keg at the Crafty Cellar, Cascais, 25/03/22. Amber pour with a decent light beige head. Nose is Belgian yeast esters, herb, caramel, spice. Taste comprises dates, fruit esters, herb, grains, yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Fine for the style.

Tap at The Crafty Cellar, Cascais. Clear nut brown colour, small steady off-white head and lace. Spicey Belgian yeast, some caramalt in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Some sweetness, Belgian yeast, spiceyness, maltyness. Nice light Belgian.

330mml. bottle. Tasted @ «Cervejaria do Carmo», Porto (Portugal). 19/06/2019. Amber colour with a big and frothy white head. Good retention. Aroma is biscuits, caramel malts and bread. Taste is soft bitter with a biscuit and floral presence. Soft roasted caranel malts finish. Sadly overcarbonated. Next one please!
