This monovarietal DIPA captures the essence of Simcoe hops displaying bright and pungent citrus flavors with earthy undertones and aromas of grapefruit & pine resin. We double dry hopped it with a big 24g/L dosage rate. We fermented it on British yeast for its stone fruit flavours and aromas.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light and slightly thin palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts deliver the lightest of sweetness. Touch of thin orange, quite fresh. Modest pith. Light finish. Cooling pine lingers on. Clean but extraordinarily ordinary !

Trade with Taboada in Euro swap 2019-2 Thanks! Tight fluffy white head stayed on a hazy dark golden still body. Huge juicy aroma of Tropical fruits, bitter hops & orange. Medium to full bodied, smooth, soft & almost chewy on the palate with cloying back. Bitter/Sweet citrus, kiwi, peach, Tropical fruits & orange tastes with a long tangy sweet orange finish. Nice one!

330mml. can. Tasted on the 13/04/2019 at home. Hazy orange colour with a medium white head. Juicy. Aroma is peach, passion fruit and dried fruits. Taste is medium juicy, hoppy and tropical. Finish is light sweet and juicy. Good peach hoppy juice. Next one please!
