Draught. Hazy golden colour with a huge white foamy/fluffy head. Aroma is citrus, some spices, mild wood and some earthy tones. Flavour is citrus, some tartness, mild lactic acidity with some wooden and slight spicy tones. Citrusy and earthy in the finish. Lovely dry.

Bottle from Euro Swap. Many thanks Jappp! Nose of tart apricots, 'plattekaas', lemon and salt. Rather sweet and fruity with tart hints and salty finish. Strange, but not bad and refreshing.

Many thanks to my Secret Summer Santa 2019 - probably japppp. Fantastic sourish beginning. Smooth fruity sourness, the lemon juice is there, not too salty with herbal coriander parts. Nice fruity sourish fresh aftertaste. Nice fruity sour!

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with rosenbergh, many thanks Jan. Tasted on the 07/04/2019 at home. Clear golden colour with a low white head. Aroma is salty, gooseberry, lemony and citrusy. Taste is intense salty but well balanced. Tasty and good example of the style. Next one please!

Bottle at home, Nivala. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, some sweetness, Salt, wheat and malts.

Aroma has lemon and some odd plastic element. Flavour has lemon juice and some sour cream. Nice, refreshing and tart; lemon is really dominant here.

Hazy, light golden beer with small head. Aroma has citrus, apple and salt. Taste has tart, salt, fruits. Smooth and refreshing. Very nice, top of the style.

(Keg at Taproom United, 20181207) The beer poured pale golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and citricness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, sweetness, saltiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, salty and bitter. A well done brew with salty notes.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of salt, sour fruit. Hazy lemon colour, white head. Aroma of salt, sour fruit, lemon. Very dry palate, mildly sour, mildly bitter. Medium carbon. Very nice gose.
