La Pelirroja is our first collaboration beer, the result of the joint project with our Irish cousins from the Carlow Brewing Company (O’Hara’s). Our first high-fermentation beer is thus born under the skies of Galicia.
A copper-coloured beer with hints of ruby and beige head. A clean malty aroma, recalling hazelnuts and toffee. A moderately toasted taste, recalling biscuits, nuts (malt) and slightly floral (hops). A bitter afterstaste and easy to drink.

Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 22/03/2019 at Galiciana. Copper to amber colour with a medium head with a good lacing. Nice appearance. Aroma is smoked malts, herbal hops, burnt caramel and toffee. Taste is smoked malts and toffee. Medium dry finish. Next one please!
