This beer is dedicated in memory of our great friend and founding partner. Pedro was an incredible composer, great guitarist, soul of La Catarina and the most noble person. Lover of craft beer and in particular those with a lot of aroma and bitterness, like this Double IPA. May the beer flow to the sound of music.

Botella 33 cl en el Kraken 15 07..2018. Color ámbar anaranjado turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores maltosos y cereales con toques herbales y afrutados. Cuerpo medio algo aspero. Normal, se esperaba algo más de intensidad.

Bottle. Unclear dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, hops, pine and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, medium sweet, pine, grapefruit and bitter.

My 100th spanish beer rated on Ratebeer. Tasted from the tap on the 07/08/2016. Light amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of hops, honey and some earth. Taste is intense floral hoppy with some caramel. Aftertaste is intense bitter. Next one please!

Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, light amber colored. AROMA- honey, caramel, touch of tropical fruit. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, caramel. Medium bodied.
Good.
