First brewery/bar I’ve ever seen with a frosty area to keep glasses cold. Really works with this beer. Plastic toys don’t hurt either.

Can. Reddish hue with a bubbly head. Smells a little bit like a blackberry spritzer. Taste is all artificial. Resembles a wine cooler more than a sour ale.

355ml can. (4.2% ABV) Pours a hazy pink-amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Mild tart aroma of blackberry and soap. Sweet flavour of blackberry and light lemon in a dry, crisp, tart lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink, but a little one dimensional.

Draft. Pinkish beer with a cream head. Blackberry and light sour aroma. Light sour and blackberry flavor. Medium bodied. Light sourness and blackberry linger.

On tap at the brewery pours out a pink red color with a small pink head. Nose is sweet raspberry blackberry candy and a touch of sour tartness. Taste is more of the sweet berries and a light touch of sour.

OnTap at the Boise Brewery/Taproom nice clear bright redish purple. Fair berry aromas and flavors but under soured and the flavors were kind of soapy at the end. Just OK

Taster at the brewery. Pretty weak throughout, more like fruit juice Ruby tinged pour, no aroma. Mild berry jam flavors, and barely enough pucker . Cranberry juice has more tartness

Tap. Press clear hot pink, small pinkish white head, good lacing. Aroma of sore mash, lemon, Berry. Flavor is medium tart, lemony sour mash with a hint of Berry. Light body, clean but fairly simple.
