Tap at the Dutch bar bermondsey. A light hazed caramel orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is big tart apple, barrel funk, calvedos, some lacto. Bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, apple, musty vinous funk, caramel, brown sugars, light tangy fruit. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, woody tannin, mellow carbonation. Quite interesting.

Jälle gusher, mis toimub?! Õlu on magus, hapukas, linnaseline, nats alksi. Ok, aga selgelt emelisse mingi perioodi õlled on kõik veits off...

A reddish-brown beer, a head is quite big and light beige. Aroma has fruitness, which is mainly dried fruits, prune, barrel. Taste has dried fruits, prune, some raisins and ripe banana, barrel. Full bodied, high carbonation. The big beer should be more nuanced and complex.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of dried fruit, wood, toasted malt, red wine, must and yeast. Pours cloudy brown color with large frothy tan-like head, yeast particles floating and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet toasted malt and tart fruitiness, following is vinous, woody, grassy and yeasty, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is light to medium bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Dirty blondes are cool…
20-03-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. Heavy and dirty indeed . Wine barrels. A little funk.

Draft. A dark amber beer with a huge lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of yeast, over ripe fruits, wood, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, alcohol, wood, candy sugar, malt, and dried fruits, leading to a dry finish.
